Bandar Ainsdale is among the 20 locations identified by the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), Government of Malaysia for its Program Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia/ Malaysia Housing Programme (PR1MA).
PR1MA homes are dedicated to Malaysian for the middle income group, earning not more than RM5,000 per month. The programme is towards achieving the objectives of the National Housing Policy in providing adequate housing that are comfortable, good quality and affordable.
550 acres Bandar Ainsdale master plan provides a conducive built environment for affordable living. 3500 units of houses will be built, out of which 400 units are branded for PR1MA homes. The township further supports these communities with amenities and facilities as well as commercial centre and well connected roads to highway and local roads.
